What we need from you

Send these four things and we can quote the same day. Nothing needs to be perfect — rough files are fine to start.

Logo file — AI, EPS, PDF or a 1,000 px+ PNG with transparent background
Model & quantity — or a photo of a competitor unit you want to match
Destination market — so we set the right language, plug and compliance labelling
Target price — if you have one. We will tell you honestly what is achievable at that cost

Common questions

Before you ask

Do you really accept one unit for OEM?

Yes, for logo printing on stock models. Packaging, firmware and app branding have volume minimums — those are listed above.

Who owns the tooling?

You do, once the tooling cost is paid. We keep the mould at our factory for your exclusive use and will not run it for anyone else.

What about DOA units?

We agree a DOA rate in the contract, typically 1–2%, and either replace in the next shipment or credit the value.

Can you handle our forwarder?

Yes. We ship to your Chinese forwarder's warehouse free of charge, or quote door-to-door by air and sea ourselves.

Payment terms?

T/T, typically 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. Credit card and Western Union are accepted for sample orders.

Will you sell my design to others?

No. Custom housings, firmware builds and packaging are exclusive to you, and we sign an NDA when you need one.
